Just because you’re not the senior leader, or the one in the first seat, you can still make a major impact. So, as “second-chair” leader, how do you bring glory to God and serve your leader well?
Here are three key strategies:
- Be a Marker: Bowling lanes have markers that help bowlers aim. As a second-chair leader, you point people to the example of your leader. Be an upstanding person who adheres to the vision, so that those who follow you can get closer to your leader.
2. Bring Character: No matter how much charisma you have, your efforts are wasted if you don’t keep sight of your purpose. Never let your charisma outrun your character.
