You may be familiar with the United States Marine Corps code called “leave no man behind.” Its basic premise is that if a fellow soldier has fallen, been injured, or worse, they are carried or rescued to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands. A team of men and women would unite around the fallen comrade to aid and protect their fellow soldier. I encourage you to watch today’s video to see how important it is for the church to have a “leave no man behind” mentality.
We are here today because of those who came before us, and those who have been willing to pick us up and carry us to Jesus. Without them, you may not have received the salvation, healing, and deliverance of Jesus, and without you, someone else may not make it to Him either. Take a look at the video and think about the importance of community and fellowship in your walk with God.
